The Bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following: These Terms and Conditions established by FineTreasuresInt constitute a binding contract between bidders, winning bidders, and FineTreasuresInt. Bidders accept and agree to be bound by all TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth by FineTreasuresInt when participating in our auctions.

Information provided in the listing is for the buyer's convenience and represents the best knowledge of the auction house. It is solely the bidder's responsibility to verify, inspect, and decide on all aspects of the item's condition, authenticity, and suitability before placing a bid.

No oral or written statement will be considered a warranty or assumption of liability, and significantly different third-party appraisals or estimates will not justify returns, cancellations, or refunds. Measurements are approximate and within industry standards. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of FineTreasuresInt and should not be construed as guarantees of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, material, or any other feature. FineTreasuresInt attempts to catalog every lot accurately and will point out defects but will not be responsible for the accuracy of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. Prospective bidders are responsible for examining all items of interest. By placing a bid, bidders signify that they have examined the items to their satisfaction and have asked and received satisfactory answers from FineTreasuresInt. If absolute certainty in authenticity is required, and there is any doubt, do not bid on the lot.

Items are sourced from multiple channels, and no assurances are made that any items sold have been seized. Jewelry is generally appraised by independent third parties like IGI and GIA International. Appraisals do not constitute warranties. In no event shall FineTreasuresInt's liability for any act or omission exceed the purchase price actually paid by the buyer, nor shall FineTreasuresInt have any liability for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

The bidder assumes full responsibility for the items at the fall of the hammer or auction expiration. A mistaken bid by the bidder is not grounds for bid cancellation. Bidders are responsible for their accounts and bids. Unauthorized access to your account does not justify bid rescission. Bids are irrevocable offers to purchase the lot under the listing's specific provisions and these general terms. FineTreasuresInt may reduce reserve prices and accept bids at its discretion. Reserve prices are confidential unless stated otherwise during bidding. All bids are binding and non-cancellable. FineTreasuresInt has final discretion on lot sales.

In the event of internet connection issues or incorrect data due to system errors, FineTreasuresInt reserves the right to cancel the auction or rescind winning bids. The bidder waives and releases FineTreasuresInt and any consignor from any claims related to item defects or conditions. If any terms or provisions are void or unenforceable, they will be modified to comply with applicable law or deleted without affecting the remaining provisions' validity.

FineTreasuresInt reserves the right to cancel sales during the final quality check if items do not meet standards. All items are sourced from various suppliers and verified for authenticity. High-value items may require longer shipping times. The actual shipping cost will apply. STRICTLY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS. If a return is accepted, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted, and auction premiums and shipping fees are non-refundable. Payment methods include wire/bank transfer and card payments via our payment gateway provider for sale values up to $4000 USD. Shipping is through DHL, FedEx, and GLS, with fees included in the invoice. International packages may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, payable by the bidder.
